Before the iconic lines, there’s the setup vocabulary.
These 7 words show up in nearly every episode
— learn them once and the whole show gets easier to follow.
교권 (gyo-gwon) → “teacher’s authority”
The word the whole fictional bureau exists to protect.
감독관 (gam-dok-gwan) → “supervisor / inspector”
The main characters’ official title. “감독관 나화진,” “감독관 임한림” — you’ll hear this constantly.
학교폭력 (hak-gyo-pok-ryeok) → “school violence”
Often shortened to 학폭(hak-pok) in casual speech. The problem nearly every episode revolves around.
잠입 (jam-ip) → “undercover / infiltration”
Whenever someone poses as a student to investigate from the inside, this is the word.
제보 (je-bo) → “tip-off / anonymous report”
Almost every episode starts with one — someone reporting a problem to the Bureau.
훈방 (hun-bang) → “released with a warning”
Comes up when a young offender walks free because of their age. Usually the spark for what happens next.
참교육 (cham-gyo-yuk) → “true education”
You know this one from the title.
